Payment FAQ
Zelle & Cash App
- How do I pay with Zelle or Cash App?
- Once your move is complete, the crew lead will text you a payment link or QR code. You can send payment instantly to our verified business account.
- Is there a fee?
- No — Zelle and Cash App transfers are free for you. We absorb any platform costs.
- What if something goes wrong?
- We confirm receipt in real time. If a transfer fails, you can retry or switch to card — no extra charge.
- Are there limits?
- Zelle has a $2,500/day send limit with most banks. Cash App has a $7,500/week sending limit for verified accounts. For larger moves, we can split payments across days or accept card.
Movers Insurance
All jobs include Released Value Protection at no extra charge — coverage of approximately $0.60 per pound per item (e.g., a 100 lb TV is covered for ~$60). For full coverage, ask your dispatcher about upgrading to Full Value Protection, which covers repair, replacement, or cash value up to $6 per pound of your total shipment.
Exclusions apply: items packed by owner (PBO), high-value articles not declared in writing, and damage from natural disasters. Items in the mover's custody are covered against loss, theft, and damage during loading, transport, and unloading.
